When the founders of Jude’s ice cream approached us, they had already built up a fantastic reputation with some of the UK’s top chefs. Served in many well known restaurants, Jude’s wanted to create an equally strong consumer brand.
Our generative idea ‘Britishness with a twist’ inspired the creation of our visual and verbal identity, and answered to the brief for making the ice cream premium but accessible. By creating a way of branding the specific range for chefs we made sure that the trade market wasn’t damaged by a more intentional push into the consumer market.
Jude’s has now become a trusted brand and the winner of numerous Great Taste Awards. Since the re-brand Judes’s is now available in Waitrose and Wholefoods as well as in various farm shops and delicatessens.
